EBERE A. CHUKWU (MRS)

Mrs. Ebere Chukwu (B.Ed, NCE) is the MD/CEO of the Company. She holds a Bachelors degree in Guidance and Counseling (Education) from the Lagos State University as well as a certificate in Accounting from the Federal College of Education, Akoka and Lagos subsequently; she attended the Owner Management Programme of the Lagos Business School.
Before her appointment as CEO of Scintilla Limited, she had functioned as Executive Director of Qualiti Aqua Products Limited, an investment Holding Company with assets under management of over =N=500 million and has provided consultancy and advisory services to several businesses involved in entertainment and hospitality. In particular, she served as the Scintilla Project Director leading the work of planning, designing and implementing the Scintilla Arena as well as supervising the civil works and facilities procurement.

Scintilla is a leading events promotion and integrated Entertainment Company. The Company was incorporated as a Limited Liability Company, under the Companies and Allied Matters Act of the Federal Republic of Nigeria on the 29th of October 2007 and commenced operations on the 9th of October 2010.

The Company’s authorized share capital is Ten Million Naira (=N=10,000,000.00), comprising 10Million Ordinary shares of =N=1.00 each. However =N=500,000,000.00 in capital has been raised by the Company. The total Assets of the Company as at today is =N=1.2 billion. Scintilla is located at km 20 Lekki-Epe expressway, between Eleganza and Chevron estates.
